Recycled Espadrille Cross Over Straps

It might just be my feet but I found these look better off than on. They also took a while to wear in and were quickly uncomfortable at first (only got down street and round corner before the back of my ankle had rubbed raw). They are as described and well made but I might not buy this style again

I need to return my pair. The return policy is very generous. I love the shoes but need a smaller size.

I bought a size 37 and it was too big. I bought a lot of shoes from WVS over the years and size 37 has always fit except for my previous purchase of shoes for work but that’s a different matter. I exchanged these espadrille for a size 36 which fit in length but the inner size of the shoe where the strap is attached to has a big piece of material that digs into the tender skin of the inner foot. I cannot walk in them. It’s a pity because I really liked them and waited a long time to receive them. I did not send them back because I already sent back to exchange then to return a previous pair of work shoes and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it again twice with this pair. I have always loved shoes from WVS and despite the disappointment with this pair I will still purchase from them in the future.

I'm a US size 8.5 and most shoes run true to size for me but I just received these espedrills today after waiting over a month to get them and they are half a size too big. I've bought boots from here before and they were perfect and I received another pair of sandels that fit fine but this shoe specifically runs big so I'd order these half a size smaller in the future. So sad I can't exchange them since there's no other sizes available.

I'm delighted with them ! I love everything: the shape, the colour, their "ecofriendliness"...
