beautiful sweater with a flaw

The sweater is gorgeous! Bit the knitted neck is too narrow. This causes the thread to break and stitches to loosen. We got a new sweater. very nice. but this one has the same problem

Nice jumper, but why is the neck so tight? It has ripped slightly and now looks scruffy.

The neck was too small for me to get my medium-large head through.
