I liked these right away! And I was so pleased to find vegan boots that aren't styled for super-hippies! (not that there's anything wrong with that). I went with these because of their treads - they seemed like a good bet for grip on slippery days. I got them in early fall, and then accidentally wore them every day, straight through the winter and spring. I live in Canada, so there's a fair bit of snow and wetness. They survived getting soaked through over and over, and provided some grip on the ice, and when they dried out they still looked totally fine - no salt or water stains. After punishing them so much, the only thing that's gone wrong is inside the curve of the heels, a hard part has popped out of the inner lining, which rubs against my heel - but I'm sure that can be fixed, and otherwise, they're faaaaaaaantastic.
I love these boots for walking my dogs at the park in the fall and winter. With thick socks they keep my feet warm even in the snow. Even after wearing them every day for two seasons, they look brand new. They look best with my skinny jeans since they have a slim profile and pointy toe. The tread is deep, so they do collect mud, grass, rocks.
These boots are my go-to shoe. Great with pants, dresses, and skirts as well as for walking in the city or outdoors. I've done on long hikes and even dance nights in these. At almost a year in to wearing them, they still have little-to no signs of wear aside from being a little dusty (but I live in the desert so that is normal).
