Since they launched in 2018, our Waterproof Chelsea Boots have been through everything customers can throw at them — country walks, dog walking in wet grass, wading through puddles and streams, and rainy commutes to work. They're the boot that answers the classic Chelsea's one weakness: the weather.

The waterproofing works in layers. The uppers are onMicro® waterproof vegan leather (100% PU) — a breathable, PFC-free microfiber by Grupo Morón that keeps water out while letting feet breathe — with a PFC-free Sympatex® membrane sealed inside, so the protection lasts rather than washing out. And they're built for the worst months of the year in a way traditional leather never was: the uppers are highly durable and won't rot, mark, or stain with road salt, so there's none of the tide-marking and drying-out that winter streets inflict on leather boots. The sole is direct-injected — molded and bonded straight to the upper for a strong, fully sealed join with no stitching for water to find — a dual-density PU sole with a rubber tread layer, lightweight cushioning with grip where it meets the ground, with a 3cm heel and 1cm under the toe.

The shape stays true to the classic: a clean rounded toe, elasticated side panels, and a pull tab at the heel, in a regular width and volume that suits long distances. Inside, Portuguese vegan suede (100% PU) lines the boot, and a removable contoured PU sports insole follows the shape of your foot for cushioned, supportive comfort — swap it for your own orthotic if that's how you walk. Rain on the forecast stops being a wardrobe question.

This product is ethically made in Portugal under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law. It's vegan from the uppers and linings to the glue. It's delivered to you in plastic-free paper and cardboard packaging. We measure the emissions from making and delivering it, and work to a plan to reduce them.

Limpieza: Limpie el empeine y las suelas con agua tibia y jabón y un paño o un cepillo suave, y después seque a fondo con una toalla.

Abrillantado: Puede utilizarse un betún sintético para recuperar el brillo y avivar el color; cualquier producto sintético debería funcionar bien, aplicado según se indica en sus instrucciones. Si su calzado presenta un efecto bruñido en la puntera y los laterales (aplicamos un betún más oscuro a algunos de nuestros empeines de piel vegana marrón para dar ese efecto), lo mejor es que lo reaplique un zapatero, o hacerlo en casa con un tono de betún más oscuro trabajado alrededor de la puntera y los laterales.

Secado: Puede secar su calzado sobre un radiador u otra fuente de calor, o cerca de ella. Según el calor, el interior puede tardar unos días en secarse por completo. No meta nunca su calzado en la lavadora.

Desodorización: No deje que su calzado permanezca húmedo entre un uso y otro, sobre todo en el interior de las botas, ya que ello puede dañar la resistencia al agua y favorecer la aparición de microbios, provocando mal olor. Si esto ocurre, seque el calzado a fondo y utilice un desodorante para calzado hasta que el olor desaparezca. En casos extremos, lave el interior con agua tibia y jabón, séquelo después por completo y vuelva a aplicar el desodorante.

Impermeabilización (opcional): Puede tratar el empeine con un spray impermeabilizante para mejorar la durabilidad, la resistencia a las manchas y la resistencia al agua. Recomendamos hacerlo cada 2 a 3 meses según el uso; la mayoría de los sprays impermeabilizantes estándar funcionan bien sobre nuestra piel vegana.

  • Ancho y volumen: nuestro calzado está diseñado con una horma D, algo más ancha, que ofrece más ancho y volumen que la mayoría de las marcas.
  • Materiales: utilizamos cuero y ante veganos de alta calidad. Son materiales estables que no se dan mucho con el tiempo, por lo que recomendamos elegir una talla más para mayor comodidad.
  • El ajuste perfecto: el zapato no debe apretarte. Debes tener holgura para los dedos y ningún punto de roce.
  • Sensación: en la mayoría de los casos nuestro calzado resulta cómodo desde el primer momento. Según el modelo o la forma de tu pie, a veces el empeine necesita unos días para ablandarse y adaptarse.

Cómo medir la longitud de tu pie

  • Ponte de pie sobre una superficie dura con el talón pegado a la pared.
  • Mide desde el talón (la pared) hasta la punta del dedo más largo.
  • Usa esta medida para encontrar tu talla en la tabla de arriba.

Conviene medir los dos pies, ya que uno suele ser algo más grande que el otro. Elige siempre la talla que acomode el pie más largo.
