Hi, I'm so sorry your boots weren't good for you - we usually get great feedback on these, so I'm really disappointed to have let you down like this. The issues you've described - the front coming off after one hike and the boots breaking in multiple places - should absolutely not happen. These boots are built to be durable and long-lasting, and what you experienced suggests there was a defect with the pair you received. That's not acceptable, and I apologise. Regarding the blisters and comfort issues, these boots should be comfortable out of the box and shouldn't cause blistering. I can't say for certain without seeing them, but it's possible they may have been sizing slightly too small for you, or it could simply be that the fit wasn't quite right for your particular foot shape - everyone's feet are different, and sometimes a boot just doesn't work for a specific person even when it's technically the right size.
