This understated and sophisticated coat is a timeless style you're sure to wear for years. Tailored in Italy from vegan wool, a 100% cotton cloth with the weight and matte finish of a proper winter overcoat.

It's designed in a loose, single-breasted silhouette with shoulder padding made from 100% recycled polyester. The front is fastened with two matte-finish buttons made from recycled compressed paper and resin, and there are two deep slip pockets to put your carry essentials in.

To keep you warm there's a 60g thermal insulated lining made in Italy from 100% recycled polyester. Its loose cut also makes it perfect for winter layering over one of our chunky knits — pop the lapels on those super chilly days. The smooth viscose lining ensures smooth layering, and being in navy means it'll go with nearly anything.

Ethics & Origin

This product is certified carbon-neutral and ethically made in Italy under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law. It's vegan from the uppers and linings to the glue. It's delivered to you through our carbon-neutral supply chain in plastic-free paper and cardboard packaging.

Construction & Features

Water Resistance: Showerproof rather than waterproof. The dense cotton-blend face will hold off light rain for a short while, but it soaks through in sustained or heavy wet and takes time to dry. Best with an umbrella in proper rain
Insulation: 60g thermal lining made from 100% recycled polyester, working with the weight of the outer cloth to keep the coat warm (100% rPET certified to ISO 14021:2016, Oeko Tex® standard 100 certificate 960031.0)

Care Guide

Caring for your vegan wool coat: Dry clean. A tailored coat carries interfacing, canvassing and structure through the chest and shoulders, and washing distorts all of it in a way that can't be pressed back. Between cleans, a soft clothes brush after wear lifts dust and keeps the surface fresh, and small marks lift with a barely damp cloth and patience. Hang on a broad wooden or shaped hanger so the shoulders hold their line, and steam rather than iron to drop creases. Store in a breathable garment bag rather than plastic, which traps moisture.

How to take your chest measurement

Using a flexible tape, measure around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape close under the arms and flat across the back.

Garment Measurements

We hand measure all items to help you find the right fit. These are the measurements of the garment itself, not body measurements, so the easiest way to use them is to compare them with a similar garment you already own. Lay it flat and take all measurements from the outside.

Our clothing is handmade, so there may be minor variations from piece to piece that won't affect the overall fit.
